Membership terms & refunds

Your membership

Free membership has no recurring charge. Premium is USD $29.99 per month. Elite is USD $149.99 per month. Paid memberships renew automatically each month until canceled. The checkout page shows the amount due before you confirm your purchase.

Your plan includes the features shown on the membership page at purchase. Daily zone coverage depends on available, eligible market data and the instruments included in the published release. Indicator packages require the supported charting platform and the daily update process. DarkLevels does not provide a TradingView, thinkorswim or brokerage subscription.

Elite includes live trading sessions scheduled for 9 a.m.–noon Eastern on market days, delivered through Discord. Service interruptions or schedule changes will be communicated through the members community.

Cancellation & plan changes

Open Membership → Manage billing to cancel renewal, update your payment method or change plans. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally retains access through the paid period. If you cannot access your account, contact support before renewal. Stripe shows any charges or credits for plan changes before you confirm them.

Failed or overdue payments may interrupt paid access. Disconnecting Discord does not cancel your subscription. Refunding a payment and canceling a subscription are separate actions; contact support if you need both.

Seven-day first-payment refund

You may request a refund of your first membership payment within seven calendar days of that payment by emailing support@darklevels.com from your account email. Include your account email and payment date; never send a password or full card details.

Renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by law. This policy does not limit any rights that apply under applicable law. Tell support if you also want future renewals canceled.

Using the research

Zones, scenarios, AI-assisted analysis and live commentary are educational market research. They are not personalized investment advice or instructions to buy or sell a security or futures contract. Trading can result in substantial losses. No setup, price level, forecast or past result guarantees a future outcome.

Prices and charts are timestamped snapshots and may be delayed, stale or unavailable. Confirm execution prices with your trading platform. A zone shown on historical candles is a current reference overlay, not proof that the zone was known at that historical time.

Use your account personally, keep credentials private and do not resell or redistribute member content or data without written permission. Respect other members and follow the Discord community rules. Access may be suspended for account misuse; contact support about any disputed suspension.
